Arrayit Corporation offers the market's most advanced technology available for human genetic disease analysis. Genetic diseases are caused by sequence changes in the genomic blueprint (DNA) that alter the function of the cellular proteins encoded by the variant genes. Altered protein function causes physiological perturbations symptomatic of each genetic malady. Changes in protein function also produce specific changes in gene expression, readily detectable by microarray-based genomic expression profiling.
