Arrayit Corporation has developed the market's most advanced reverse phase protein microarray (RPPA) platform. RPPAs print cell lysates from cultured cells, laser capture microdissection (LCM) cell samples, tissue biopsies, human sera, amniotic fluids and many other sources onto glass slides. The RPPA microarrays are then reacted with highly specific antibodies to detect single proteins in hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of samples simultaneously. Greatly enhanced signal intensities using antibody-horseradish peroxidase (antibody-HRP) conjugates, tyramide signal amplification-biotin (TSA-biotin) and streptavidin-Cy5 permit quantification of rare human protein biomarkers. Massively parallel reverse phase protein microarrays are increasingly used in research, oncology and clinical medicine, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, and agriculture. Arrayit offers complete RPPA services and an entire line of microarray printers, scanners, slides and reagents for RPPA experimentation in your laboratory.

Arrayit Corporation offers the market's most advanced technology available for human genetic disease analysis. Genetic diseases are caused by sequence changes in the genomic blueprint (DNA) that alter the function of the cellular proteins encoded by the variant genes. Altered protein function causes physiological perturbations symptomatic of each genetic malady. Changes in protein function also produce specific changes in gene expression, readily detectable by microarray-based genomic expression profiling. Our genetic disease program produces a gene expression signature that provides a mechanistic understanding of the genetic disease and the biomarkers required for disease diagnostics.
