ArrayIt® Life Sciences Division records 10,000th order on its electronic shop site.

Sunnyvale, CA, October 26, 2005 – On October 26th, The ArrayIt® Life Sciences Division, TeleChem International, Inc. recorded order number 10,000 on the company’s electronic shop site. The ArrayIt® Shopping Cart was implemented on November 14, 2001 after a growing number of inquires from customers requesting 24-hour worldwide electronic access to the ArrayIt® product line. Less than four years after launching the “shopping cart”, the 10,000th order was received from Mr. Jean Willems from the European Biotech Network in Dolembreux, Belgium. Mr. Willems is the company’s ArrayIt® distributor in Belgium.

Company President Rene’ Schena commented on the 10,000th ArrayIt® order milestone. “We used to record orders on paper, but the volume of our business demanded an electronic solution. We worked closely with our Customer Service, Sales and IT staff to develop the right solution, and I think we have that now with our shop site. I was pleased to hear that our Belgium distributor Jean Willems placed the 10,000th ArrayIt®order. Jean has been our ArrayIt® distributor in Belgium for several years. His numbers have been outstanding. Many thanks to Jean and all of our loyal customers for using the shop site.”
