ArrayIt® completes arrayit.com domain website renovation.

Sunnyvale, CA, December 3, 2007 – On December 3rd, TeleChem International, Inc. completed an extensive renovation of its company website, in a move designed to streamline customer access to its product and services information, company press releases and other important information. The information technology (IT) team at the company completed the renovation, which included style, content and structural improvements to the heavily trafficked arrayit.com domain. Web pages were updated to include a fully relational navigational scheme to allow every major product category and the three company divisions to be accessed from each web page. Links to the Google Scholar database are also being added to each page to provide customers with access to all of the scientific publications that utilize a specific ArrayIt® brand product. Web pages are fully compatible with all computer printers, which allows product protocols to be printed in paper form for customer convenience. The arrayit.com domain currently receives nearly 2 million hits per month and to date, ArrayIt® brand products from TeleChem International, Inc. have been used in more than 2,500 scientific publications.

IT spokesperson offered the following commentary on the website renovation. “Our arrayit.com domain name has been an informational focal point for microarray scientists for more than a decade. We have always placed a great deal of importance on having a website that is information-rich and easy to navigate and use. The current website re-design was an ambitious project given enormity of the domain. We used a relational model to provide navigational ease and transparency. So far, customer feedback has been very positive and we encourage an ongoing dialog to allow us to continually provide website updates that make our products and services easy to purchase and use.”
