SuperNHS Microarray Substrate Slides

A highly-reactive NHS-ester surface to enable covalent coupling of biomolecules containing primary amines.  The surface binds with high efficiency and its hydrophilic nature prohibits non-specific absorption providing very low background in complex binding and hybridization reactions. These substrates come vacuum packed which improves shelf life and eliminates electrostatic accumulation. Unlike our competitors, this NHS-ester reactive surface has a long shelf life and does not require frozen storage. Long term storage is done at room temperature.

ProPlate Microplate Glass

Arrayit offers ProPlate Microarray Technology including Glass Plates and adhesive microplates. Microarrays are printed on the Glass Plates and are then attached to the the adhesive 96- or 384-well microplates after manufacturing. SuperClean, SuperAmine, SuperEpoxy 2, SuperAldehyde 2 surface chemistries are available with this system.  NanoPrint microarraying worktables are made for this unique type of glass slide substrate.

Glass Bottom Microplates

Now the best microarray surface chemistries are available in a 96 and 384 well microplate format.  These surface chemistry activated microplates can be used with the NanoPrint, SpotBot and other microarray robots capable of spotting microarrays and macroarrays into the bottoms of microtiter plates.

HydroGel Microarray Slides

ArrayIt® offers a three-dimensional hydrogel reactive surface chemistry immobilized to a glass substrate slide surface. The bio-compatible characteristics of the HC hydrogel slides are similar to the separation media used in protein purification. For a range of DNA and protein microarray applications in which a hydrogel surface is needed.

Arrayit distributes this product line manufactured by CEL Associates as highly affordable microscope slide surfaces for entry-level microarray experimentation. Sputtered Thin Film Microarray Substrate Slides

ArrayIt® offers high quality thin film sputtering of a variety of metals and compounds onto SuperClean Substrates. Sputter etching (Ar) and reactive ion etching (RIE) (O2, CF4) allow cleaning and activation of substrate surfaces for optimum adhesion. Efficient DC/RF magnetron sources are used. Dielectrics can be deposited by RF or by using metal targets and reactive sputtering. Up to four different materials can be deposited in a single sputtering session.
