Hybridization Cassettes

ArrayIt® offers the world’s most widely used reaction cassettes for glass microarrays. Designed for use with all standard glass substrate slide microarrays (25 x 76 mm), our Hybridization Cassettes provide pristine environments for cover slip reactions of DNA, protein and other types of microarrays. Compatible with all standard microarrayers and scanners, Hybridization Cassettes are essential equipment for every microarray laboratory. Choose from single, five-place and extra deep configurations in six colors for ease of use.

Multiplex Microarrays

ArrayIt® has developed an innovative solution to multi-well microarrays that includes glass substrate slides containing a hydrophobic mask for well demarcation and a submersible hybridization cassette that allows temperature-controlled reactions without sample evaporation. Twenty four microarrays in a 3 x 8 pattern can be printed, reacted, scanned and quantified on a single glass substrate slide, offering highly affordable sample multiplexing for research and diagnostics.

Multi-Well Microarrays

ArrayIt® offers a new hardware solution to multi-well glass substrate slide microarrays that uses a base, silicone gasket and well top to demarcate 16 or 24 wells on any standard glass microarray. The hybridization cassettes utilize a compression fit silicone gasket to separate the microarray wells, which eliminates the need for adhesives and inks that elevate background noise in microarray scans. Compatible with all glass substrate slide microarrayers and scanners.

384-Well Microplates

ArrayIt® offers the ultimate 384-well microplates for printing DNA, protein, carbohydrate and other types of microarrays. Superior concave well geometry in ultra-low volume (0.5-5 µl), standard and square well plates, proprietary composition minimizes sample adsorption and facilitates convex droplet formation to maximize printing efficiency. Use with Arrayit patented printing technology and SpotBot® 3, Extreme, Titan, NanoPrint™ LM60, LM210 microarrayers.

Microarray Wash Stations, Trays and Tubes

ArrayIt® microarray wash stations, trays and tubes facilitate microarray processing and washing at highly affordable prices and in a variety of configurations for buffer efficiency and ease of use. Wash stations accomodate 6 and 25 microarray substrate slides and wash tubes and wash trays accomodate 4 substrate slides. These tools are essential equipment for every microarray laboratory using the standard glass substrate slide format for research, pharmaceutical screening and diagnostics.

Microarray Pin Racks

ArrayIt® has developed a highly innovative microarray pin rack for storing our Professional, 946, Stealth and ChipMaker™ style microarray printing pins. A solid base accommodates up to 72 printing pins in a 6 x 12 configuration, and a clear top allows easy visualization. Pin racks can be used to store pins between print runs and are particularly useful for laboratories using multiple microarrayers and pin tip sizes. Fiber optic effect in pin rack base facilitates pin insertion and removal.

Microplate Microarrays

ArrayIt® offers microplate microarray hardware accommodating either 4 standard glass substrate slides or a single microplate glass substrate, providing the standard 96-well microplate format of 8 x 12 samples. Silicone gaskets demarcate the 96 microplate microarray wells and prevent sample leakage and contamination during the hydrization or binding reaction. Combine microplate automation with microarray miniaturization for DNA and protein microplate microarray experimentation.

ProPlate Microarrays

ArrayIt® offers an adhesive microplate microarray hardware solution for microplate glass substrates, for 96-well microplate formats of 8 x 12 samples. The adhesive microplate adheres to the glass microplate, allowing microplates to be activated and printed prior to microplate attachment thereby simplifying surface chemistry and microarray manufacture. Combine microplate automation with microarray miniaturization for DNA and protein microplate microarray experimentation.

Microarray Slide Mailers

ArrayIt® offers highly affordable glass substrate slide cassettes for the storage and mailing of any standard 25 x 76 mm glass microarray. The two slide mailer is constructed of high tensile strength polypropylene and has raised edges to protect microarrays post-printing and scanning. Use these cassettes to store and ship microarrays after printing and hybridization. Slide mailers find wide use in research and development project in which a large number of microarrays are curated.

Vacuum Manifolds

ArrayIt® offers a high-capacity Vacuum Manifold for purification of PCR products, dye terminator products, microarray probes and other native and fluorescent samples. The Vacuum Manifold accommodates four standard 96-well or 384-well microplates. Samples and wash buffers can be introduced using 8-channel or 12-channel automated pipetting devices. Use in conjunction with the ArrayIt® Vacuum Pumps.

ArrayIt® offers a Microplate Shipping Cassette as a sophisticated hardware solution for the sealing, storage and shipping of microplate samples. The Microplate Shipping Cassette accommodates one 96-well or 384-well microplate. A sealing gasket and thumb screws provide an air tight seal, allowing the transportation of liquid samples in non-pressurized cargo compartments. Ideal for shipping DNA and protein samples by express mail.

96 & 384 -Well Glass Bottom Plates

ArrayIt® offers glass bottom 96-well and 384-well microplates for microplate microarray experimentation. Glass bottom microplates are activated using aqueous surface chemistry and printed using NanoPrint™ and SpotBot® 2 microarrayers. Fluorescent samples are introduced with liquid handling robots and DNA and protein microplate microarrays are scanned using microplate readers.
