Arrayit offers consulting services worldwide to convey practical “how to” information from the world’s microarray tools leader. Learn the fundamentals and principles that determine how microarray manufacturing tools and techniques are used and interpreted. Laboratory and lecture formats are available from our highly trained staff.
Course Overview
Generating reliable microarray data begins with solid manufacturing practices. The elements that must be controlled are the printing technology, robotics, surface chemistry and environment. There are many variables in each of these areas and Arrayit can quickly examine these parameters onsite and make accurate assessments for troubleshooting and fine tuning. Our consulting services allow the examination of entire manufacturing facilities. Typically, one 8-hour session is sufficient to solve most manufacturing issues. Prior to onsite visits, Arrayit will formulate a strategy to maximize customer value.
Technical Support
Technical support for all of Arrayit’s products and services are available by telephone during normal business hours (8 AM - 6 PM, PST) and on a 24-hour basis by electronic mail arrayit@arrayit.com. Consulting clients enjoy complete follow-up consulting to supplement information conveyed in our on-site lecture and laboratory sessions.

The Arrayit microarray platform uses the standard glass substrate slide “open platform” microarray. Our consulting services embrace the use of tools, kits and reagents from non-Arrayit vendors. This “mix and match” philosophy empowers our customers with maximum value and versatility.
