Services - Technical Videos - Multiplexing Assays Using the NanoPrint Microarrayer
This video shows how a multiple microarray printing pin configuration can be used on the NanoPrint Microarrayer to spot onto pads of nitrocellulose slides. In this example, 8 identical microarrays per slide. The spots on these types of microarrays can be large so that standard low resolution chemiluminescent and colorimetric detection techniques, such as film, can be used to acquire the raw data from the arrays. This video shows a lot of replicates being made for "demo" purposes only, not something that would be done on "real" production run.
Shown here is a completed print run of 24 identical microarrays per slide subtrate. This format is compatible with hybridization tools AHC4x24, AHC1x24 and RC1x24.
