To receive a quotation e-mail us the peptide sequence information you desire to have on your microarray, how you would like the peptides constructed (example :20mer peptides overlapping by 15 amino acids) the number of replicates for each peptide, and the number of microarrays desired to arrayit@arrayit.com. 1 or more microarrays per slide substrate can be provided depending on the size of the library. Mutliplexed formats are available where up to 24 individual identical microarrays are printed onto a single slide substrate and can be processed in a 96 or 24 well format. Thousands of microarrays can be manufactured with a single peptide library synthesis
Arrayit can provide technical assistance and all tools necessary for processing, scanning and quantifying the microarrays. We can also empower end users to manufacture their own peptide microarrays using the SpotBot and NanoPrint Microarrayers.

 Figure 1. Shows that the FLAG peptides epitopes were recognized by the ANTI-FLAG antibodies, but not by the ANTI-CD28 antibody used as an isotype matched control (negative control). In addition, the scrambled FLAG sequence that was used as another negative control was also not recognized by the ANTI-FLAG antibodies. These results indicate the specificity of the peptide-antibody binding. Figure 1 also shows that peptides containing additional sequences from both PILL and GST demonstrated enhanced reactivity with the ANTI-FLAG antibody.
